Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through razeeen.ae (the “Store”), operated by RAZEEN and powered by Shopify. By placing an order through our website or related services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may take longer than usual.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or UAE public holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and GCC countries.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier operations.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for reference only.
  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. RAZEEN is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

UAE Local Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 30 AED
  • Remote Areas: 50 AED

Shipping classification (standard or remote) is determined based on the delivery location.

GCC Shipping

  • 60 AED for the first 1 KG
  • 30 AED for each additional KG

Shipping charges are calculated based on total shipment weight and destination. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and details before completing their purchase.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. RAZEEN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at razeen.ad@outlook.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate the matter.

6. Geographic Scope

  • Shipping is available within the UAE and GCC countries.
  • We do not currently ship outside these regions.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. RAZEEN is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage occurring after the shipment has been transferred to the courier.

8. International Processing & Service Providers

Orders placed through our website are processed via Shopify and may involve third-party service providers including payment processors and shipping partners operating within the UAE and internationally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that necessary personal information (such as name, phone number, and shipping address) will be shared with shipping providers solely for delivery purposes.

9. Amendments

RAZEEN reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated effective date.
