Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through razeeen.ae (the “Store”), operated by RAZEEN and powered by Shopify. By placing an order with RAZEEN, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been confirmed and processed.
  • We do not offer size exchanges, product swaps, or change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, measurements, size guides, colors, and all product details before completing their purchase.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All abayas, scarves, accessories, and modest fashion items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during promotions or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal taste.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be processed to the original method of payment only.

If approved, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must notify us at razeen.ad@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

After review, and if the issue is confirmed, RAZEEN may at its discretion:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase amount

We reserve the right to deny claims where damage appears to be caused after delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or prepared for shipment.
  • During high-volume periods, orders may enter processing quickly; therefore cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

6. Geographic Scope

  • This Policy applies to orders delivered within the UAE and GCC countries.
  • International returns are not accepted.

7. Inspection & Approval Rights

  • All claims are subject to review and approval.
  • RAZEEN reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or credits if the conditions outlined in this Policy are not met.
  • Approved refunds (if any) will only be issued to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Suspension of future purchases
  • Submission of order records and delivery confirmation to the payment provider
  • Formal dispute response documentation

We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.

9. Amendments

RAZEEN reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website and will apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
